Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Professional Card a year after. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut and set herself new goals each year. She had already won four other fitness titles. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and another heavier weight day.
